However, there is no universally accepted definition of ICTs considering that the concepts, methods and tools involved in ICTs are steadily evolving on an almost daily basis. Learning content based on above said areas comprises ICT learning. ICT content is incorporated in our K-8 school books upto intermediate level. Advance level content shall be covered in Secondary and Senior Secondary books. ICT or IT becomes a separate subject in Junior and Senior colleges.




What do you mean by CS in computer education?


Computer Science (CS) is the study of computers and computational systems. Unlike electrical and computer engineers, computer scientists deal mostly with software and software systems; this includes their theory, design, development, and application. Computer scientists use technology to solve problems. They write software to make computers do new things or accomplish tasks more efficiently. They create applications for mobile devices, develop websites, and program software. Learning content based on above said areas comprises CS learning. CS content is incorporated in our K-8 school books upto intermediate level. Advance level content shall be covered in Secondary and Senior Secondary books. CS becomes a separate subject in Junior and Senior colleges.

STEAM Education is an approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking.
